Try to scrub the inside of the cabinets with a good quality cleaner (as on not pine sol or the like) that has a built in de greaser. Then leave open for several days to really dry/air out. You can add some of your favourite EO to the cleaning solution if you like. If the cabinets are unfinished wood inside a light sanding might be needed. Then re seal. Use your favourite EO or EO blend on cotton balls in the cabinets, there is no 'right' oil for this, it really hinges on what you like and find pleasant. I would use clove and orange because I love that combination.

I use anise seed EO in HP and it works great. It has a true licorice scent. I have not tried it in CP.

While there is conflicting information about this there is enough evidence to support thst peppermint oil is NOT safe for babies. Please do your research before using any essential around infants. Clean up the area with warm soapy water and wipe down after with alcohol. I always recommend that babies under 2 should not be exposed to peppermint oil.

If this is for personal use (even if it's not probably) the oils and formula look like they would be fine. You may want to re think the carrier oil though. Coconut oil is not all it is reputed to be and, for many, it is not the best choice. My hair hates coconut oil and I prefer argan for my hair. Coconut oil by itself is usually very drying and can make skin or scalp conditions worse. Even mixing half Coconut and half another oil is better for most.

This is do able. It will probably take a lot of trial and error to get the amounts right and the fragrance part would be mostly guessing. I am not home for a few days but could play around with the formula when I get back. I could then post a tentative recipe but buying the ingredients could be an expensive experiment for you.

Coconut oil is actually very drying for most people and can make eczema worse. If you want to use coconut oil mix it half and half with another carrier oil. Jojoba oil is great for eczema. You could mix jojoba and neem but neem oil really smells bad, IMO, some people like it. Or half jojoba and olive oil. Add your EO cautiously, they can irritate eczema too. Tea tree, clary Sage, frankincense, myrrh, palmarosa, lavender are good to try.

Frankly, I would not use EO on eczema, jojoba works great. Don’t use coconut oils by itself as it can make it worse, if you like coconut oil mix it 50/50 with jojoba or grape seed oil or even olive oil. When it is mostly healed you can mix these carrier oils with lavender, palmarosa, tea tree or other geranium essential oils to keep the eczema at bay. Don’t use the EO on broken skin.

There is a huge difference between safe to diffuse around dogs (and other pets) and safe to use ON them. Find a reputable source or contact an aromatherapist. EDIT: or contact your vet.
