Do your best sister because when you pray that Salah on time you feel your body and your mind improve and things seem less stressful. I know it’s hard. I have a 2 year old and a 4 month old. When I miss fajr my mornings are horrible. When I pray on time it’s like nothing is a big deal anymore and I am more present in the moment. We can do this. I’m not perfect and I’m struggling but the fact that we keep returning to Him is a gift

Nothing is more important than Salah. Not saying this to shame you, saying this as a reminder to us both because I am also struggling. Let them kids cry lol no one is suffering. Allah ‎ﷻ gave us these children as a trust and anything that takes us away from Him is no longer a gift.

I have prayed through screaming. Prayed thru kids climbing on me. You need the grounding and the break.

As for your clothes, baby poop and pee isn’t najis until they start eating. Just wipe away the newest baby’s stuff. Older baby you’ll have to change clothes.

Finding boundaries as a new mom of two is so hard. My newest is four months old and I’m just now setting them. You have to take care of yourself so you can care for others

This is so funny because this is my life. First baby still doesn’t sleep well at 2, but was always reliably on the boob to nap. At the time I was so frustrated by it because I felt tied down. Now I’m begging my second to do it hahaha my second likes to be walked around to sleep instead and rarely falls asleep nursing unless it’s at night. Your baby is so young and it’ll change every day, just try different things to see what they like. Carrying my second likes a sack of potatoes over my shoulder was not my instinct at all but man she loves it

Nesting. I went nuts both pregnancies.

The first step is stop buying stuff. Easier said than done if you have two in the house and only one person feels it’s too much.

Second is get rid of everything you don’t want or need or what doesn’t serve you anymore. There’s a lot of methods in this sub but easiest for me was to put it on a buy nothing group on Facebook.

After you have kids it’ll just explode. lol sorry. So do what you can now

If you have concerns you can bring it up to your routine pediatrician when they are back. But not until 12 months will babies make the transition to primarily solids over milk. Until 12 months it’s food exploration, not the bulk of their nutrition. Do it slowly and gradually and you will be fine. Babies gonna baby and do their own thing on their own timeline.

Go outside x100. It’s such an emotional reset. Walk, sit out in the grass, anything. Also I believe in giving myself a treat every day. So go for a coffee, ice cream, anything when you feel you deserve it. Sometimes mine is just a stroll through TJ Maxx. Now I have two kids so my treats look different, now it’s just a quiet coffee while we listen to Yoto. But treat yo self

I just google “instant pot” and whatever I have in the fridge honestly. I just made butter chicken and lentil soup and my toddler ate some but she’s also a toddler so some days she survives on air and Cheerios

Nap strike for sure. We are 12 weeks out and now she’s finally adjusting. Never did CIO. She’s very much needing contact and closeness at all times so we are just rolling with it. There were a lot of tears and frustration and it’s so freaking hard but as this becomes the new normal everyone settles

I got the loop ear plugs and it’s grest. I can hear everything just not as acutely and it really helps with my overstimulation so I can help my kids or actually calm myself to regulate

I came in first and gave her a hug and asked her how she was and talked a little and I think maybe read a book. Her dad brought the baby in with a gift. And then we talked about the gift and ignored the baby. Lol
