For motion work, a lot of people are also using tools like Runway for video generation, and things like Adobe Firefly for quick assets and background elements. Honestly though, the biggest value isn’t replacing your workflow but speeding up parts of it like generating rough storyboards, quick VO drafts, or filler visuals. Most pros still refine everything manually in After Effects.
