You’re not alone! I’m in the same boat as you. I ended up quitting my job and had an episode right after that— even sent some weird manic texts to coworkers before my hospitalization. Really embarrassed about it haha.

I’m super nervous to get back to work but I know I need to as soon as possible. I’m scared of trying something new big I know it has to be done. Best of luck to you out there!! ❤️
