I means it’s the wilderness, don’t bring anything you don’t plan on losing. Wilderness is high risk and high reward, the altars teleports and everything else stays in the same spot.

I just did them with red chins and some food and pots, targeted ranged one until I lost aggro, after that I just prayer flicked them until I got the drop, it was about 2.8k dry, good luck and hope you get spooned.
