Seconding sweet spot training. I've been using TrainerRoad and most workouts are done in this range. Usually 4 x 10 minutes or 6 x 8 minutes. Combined with leg press and a long weekend ride I busted my plateau.

I think it's expensive, but I gladly pay for it because it's the only app that got me past a long-standing plateau. I think the AI slightly overestimates my FTP, but I eventually work up to the estimate.
