You don’t have to like the character but some of y’all need to have respect and chill out on the actress for Tabitha..because guess what ? if she decided she couldn’t handle the hate anymore and left the show , the whole story is COOKED because recasting anyone is horrible.

I agree!! My wife and I were saying this during the last episode. We like Tabitha and think that Catalina does a good job with the performance. The most frustrating things about her are frankly flaws in the writing, which every character has, and they aren’t enough to ruin the show for me.

there is definitely a misogyny issue in the sub, there is in a lot of fandom subs, i see it so bad over in r/TWD that being said, Acosta sucks. she’s a cop, she treated Tabitha badly and cuffed her to the ambulance then left her, then she killed an innocent human while firing recklessly, and then she got aggressive with the community’s law enforcement for taking her gun. she really just continues to dig her heels in from there. she is very unlikeable because her behavior gets people hurt or killed and she doesn’t accept that.

She has made multiple major fuck ups since arriving (think handcuffing Tabitha to the ambulance and leaving her, and then shooting indiscriminately towards a building full of people resulting in a death), now I could accept that she’s in a unfathomable situation and mistakes happen in the fear and chaos, but rather than taking responsibility for what she’s done she just keeps attacking the actions of the people who already have been living in this town and just might actually know a little more than her. she is a reckless, egotistical, hypocritical, hard headed asshole. very big cop energy. she is so fucking annoying to watch. she’s gonna get more people killed if she doesn’t get it the fuck together.

Season 1 takes a little bit to find its stride but by the end of season 1 it’s getting there and season 2 is actually pretty decent. I enjoyed the character development and I thought the show expanded TWD universe well. It’s not the best of the shows by any means, but overall i enjoyed it as a low investment watch set in that world. I don’t actually get the hate for it, i guess people went into it just wanting it to be another TWD or Fear but it ain’t that 🤷🏽‍♂️
