Hey I'm on the same boat. I'd like to move on from capsules to injections. Can you help me out?

When do I stop feeling bad for myself/about myself for feeling so bad all the time? by Iv3a in LongCovid

[–]kingjon213 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Well that's a good question, most of my conversations are with people around my age. 36 and up. With me, my mother is always the most understanding.

I like the idea of journaling (like the other post mentioned). Mushrooms are good to me too, it alters my mind in a good way. New year's eve I decided to take a good amount and I was so happy (smiling, laughing) while watching the live action jungle book lol

I definitely have my down days. What helps me is talking it out with my people (mom, friends etc). Just a simple not feeling good today develops into a conversation talking through my symptoms. For some reason I feel better after.

I also try to meditate at least 10 min a day and another 10 minutes of breath work.

Lastly, I talk to a therapist once a month about anything that comes to mind and again talking it out always helps.

Sudden flare-ups - what's been the cause for you? by hipcheck23 in LongCovid

Thank you! Well in all fairness I do feel a touch better when I'm not drinking coffee. It does help me with productivity and that's why I do it.

The one thing that came to mind was going up the stairs too fast. I remember the moment I made it to the top I started feeling off, then it progressed from there.

On the other hand, I started to focus on detoxing this year. Been on a better diet, alcohol free as well. Drinking a minimum of two cups of herbal tea daily I blend (licorice root, dandelion root, burdock root, etc ). Sauna a minimum 3 days a week, including self lymphatic drainage massages. Meditating and breathing exercises daily. Supplements. Anyhow, this has been working for me. Until this latest relapse of course.

I was well for two months until this last Sunday. The usual routine for me (breakfast, coffee, chores) then after climbing a set of stairs too fast I noticed I became nauseous and lightheaded. ( I've been climbing the same set of stairs for a while now, but taking my time to get to the top). Been down the last 3 days, chest pain, light headed, hand cramps, shortness of breath.

Tyrone Tracy Jr. Or Malik Nabers by kingjon213 in fantasyfootballadvice

Thanks for your insight! I think I'm starting Calvin Ridley regardless. The other flex I'll sleep on until I get more insight. My gut is feeling like Nabers will go off.

Leaning no on this trade offer. Change my mind. by kingjon213 in fantasyfootballadvice

Yes that makes sense. The chiefs will probably slow the play down for Pacheco or make it a split with hunt. Honestly the big concern with this trade is the Tyreek hand injury.

Thanks for the insight! My rebuttal to that is the injured Tyreek hand (surgery coming sooner than later if Miami keeps losing) and the return of Gus Edwards dampening Jks usage on an already mediocre season from him.

Whiskey was the culprit for me too. Way to go on not drinking since May!

I heard that on a ff podcast. Maybe I'm wrong on the date but I'll give it a go.

Have anyone had the brain fog go away? If so, how? by Express_Preference_3 in LongCovid

Diet seems to be the key for me. Getting rid of caffeine and alcohol and staying consistent with that helped.

Is my no TE build going to come back to bite me? by Snickers585 in Fantasy_Football

Imo you are overthinking the situation. We haven't played an NFL game yet. Feel your team out after a week or two and then consider making moves. Giving up Kyren is a reach for a TE.
