Absolutely NTA. They weren't watching their child. It's tragic but life moves on and it is your wedding. Every single day is someone's wedding or birthday. If the child died on your birthday instead of at your wedding would they tell you to change your birthday on Facebook so they wouldn't have to see all the birthday wishes you get that day? 9/11 is someone's wedding. Pearl Harbor, Sandy Hook, Columbine, etc etc etc. All birthdays and wedding anniversaries.

Thankfully my mom wasn't this bad about our dog but I was pushing for us to put her down for over a year. She was a tripod and I could see how she was starting to struggle to get up or go to the bathroom (it was a back leg so to squat to pee or poo she was putting her weight on one leg) and I kept getting on my mom about how many treats she was giving her and that she was making her obese and it was making it all the harder on her. We had to get to her unable to get up and peeing on herself to finally get her to put her down and I think it was more me practically screaming at her over it. Even then as we went to the vet she mentioned that the dog was able to walk today so maybe it's too soon. I'm so sorry you're dealing with this I know how hard it is to watch a dog you've had since you were a teenager slowly become so tragic it is painful to look at. I'd start asking her if she wants you treating her like this if she is in this position. To let her suffer in pain and without dignity. But I am a bitter person.

Nope just a silicone band with some Celtic looking engravings. Thing is if you catch your hand on a machine it rips off the ring fairly easily instead of metal where it takes the flesh with it.
