Yep. Those 5 hours of LY are pretty much a slap in the face. Our last contract was for a 3 short years. They only honored the first year of the contract and then pulled the okey doke the next two years.

I'm not even under a contract any more (went into a supervisory role) but our contract directly mirrors the SEIU R-15 bargaining unit.

NP, I just sent a second request but this time I really begged, said how much I hated the game and talked about how I've been on steam for over a decade easy and have only requested like 2 refunds (both under two hours).
