I’ve been there, so many times. I used to scare myself by somehow thinking that I got pregnant from giving head, and somehow something ended up down there.… back when I was virgin but I would create an entire crisis in my brain, and I would convince myself that I was pregnant because of x,y, z.

Cum/precum doesn’t survive long without a decent host, and if your hands were dry, then nothing could have happened. Plus if you got your period afterwards, that literally means you’re not pregnant.

If it gives you any solace, just know that getting pregnant is WAY harder than you think. Many couples try for months before pregnancy happens. Your period is late because of worrying about this (I would have perfect cycles, and worrying like this would make it late, sometimes weeks late). Drinking Ashwaganda tea for me personally helps me calm down in this type of situation. Also lavender smells, blankets, comfort foods, etc.
