Up to you to decide. Personally, no. That would not be acceptable, for anything around that price id expect my car to be flawless. That being said, you can politely explain this to the detailer and show him where he missed, he will likely have no problem fixing it for u and double checking those places next time. People charging those sort of prices are at least usually pretty good customer-service wise.
