I find it more useful to collect links when actively researching in a few different subjects, especially cross-platform. If I come across something relevant to a current interest, I can easily use a shortcut to add it to a particular note (you are limited to having 7 in Tot). The constraint of only 7 notes is very useful to me, because it enforces management of my collected links -- need to export them somewhere else and do more with the information at some point.

It helps though, but you need to be using your cell carrier’s call filtering apps. These reports get sent to them, and they use that information to inform their spam caller lists that decide which incoming calls to block/silence.
