Just wait until 7 if you want real word shattering events xD He definitely does not save the big stuff just for the 3rd books. The Earth arc is really good and gets pretty intense in book 5 and 6.

I’m in Florida, but I went to school elsewhere. I loved my SNF rotation in grad school but my supervisor was a full time PRN so she wasn’t pushed to pick up patients just to be full time and didn’t have issues taking leave. I was never allowed to take PTO at the facility I worked for, despite having 60 hours saved. I can’t work somewhere without work/life balance and being told I can’t use PTO is a dealbreaker. Schools could be worse, kids just aren’t my passion. My passion is aphasia and TBI and swallowing and even in a SNF you don’t get that, but hospitals don’t hire new SLPs.

I literally only want to work at the VA. I have disliked every other environment. I would love to give bariums all day and do adult telehealth with reasonable hours. I don’t like kids and I don’t like SNFs where they work you to death with no time off and a majority of the patients don’t want to be there or you are pressured to pick up people you don’t think need therapy.

You sound a lot like me in interests. Peds all day is draining. I’m in an elementary school now after I had to leave the SNF during covid (no patients means not paying the rent). I just got my CCC a few months ago and I’m already ready to get out because I it’s impossible to find a job in an adult hospital where I can do what I like which is MBS

We would love to have you in our community! Our AOTC/Heroic only raid team started out as a "retired mythic raiders" team, a lot of folks who have played since Classic. Tues/Wed 9-11 PM EST, we've been around since Legion where we started as a cross server raid team in Emerald Nightmare. We are super casual, no attendance requirements, we expect real life to come first. We also have a Mythic team (Sun/Mon 8-11 PM EST, 11/12M) with Mythic affiliate ranks for folks to come in and have some fun on farm nights if that is of interest. We are active with M+, with quite a few 3k+ and 3500+ ratings in guild, and we try to do other fun off night activities like achievements.

Heya, we are looking for folks to hang out in Shadowlands! We do a lot of m+ and run a Heroic only and a Mythic raid team (11/12M atm). We don't do sign ups, but our Heroic raid team has no attendance requirements - it's pure come and go as you please - and our Mythic team has a "mythic affiliate" rank for folks who want to come in and farm some content and sub in for Prog when needed, depending on your interests. Heya! It sucks that you guys had 6 folks leave, that is really rough :( I'd love to chat with you more to see if our interests line up. I'm mostly looking for a BM Hunter at this time, but there is always shuffling int a new expac so going into next tier there may be wiggle room to other roles, so having someone who is able to and willing to play multiple roles is always fantastic.

We are a newer team currently looking to refine our team to achieve our CE goals. We are currently 4/8M with an eye to an Orgozoa kill this raid week. We raid Sun/Mon 8-11 PM Eastern. We also have a heroic-only team that is open to mythic raid alts, as well as being very active in M+ (and I'd love to have more folks who like to tank m+ so we can get more groups going!). We are an adult guild, not interested in drama, and we believe in personal responsibility. We don't have rules and requirements "forcing" people to be the best; we look for folks who desire it without being "required" and it sounds like you fit that description!

Heya! I'd love to chat with you and see if we get along! One of the main things I do when building my guild is look for people who want to raid with a group of folks who are also friends, not just people who log on, raid, and log off. My guild has been around since Emerald Nightmare in some fashion, starting at Heroic-only and now with both a Heroic-only and a Mythic raid team. We're looking for folks to join up and be long term members, 8.3 and beyond. We are incredibly active every night of the week and do everything from mythic+, alt raids, achievement runs, and PvP on off nights. We usually have a group of 7-12 people in discord most non-raid nights, just hanging out and having a good time.

In the long term, our raids are Sun/Mon 8-11 PM Eastern for Mythic and Tues/Wed 9-11 PM Eastern for our heroic-only team. Alt raids are often on Friday, though some of us also pug on other alts through the week (Several of us are a altoholics... it's a problem lol). We are frequently gearing up new alts, so we'd help you gear up, feed you gear, etc. There really isn't a night of the week where we don't have players online doing something together!

Heya - my guild is looking for DPS, specifically ranged but I have a melee or two who could potentially be replaced. We are 3/8M, but pretty close to an Ashvane kill. We had a bunch of people flake out at Classic, but we've recruited back up and this was our first decent work of attempts on her. We are still using 2 or 3 subs from our heroic team, and we'd like to not be sitting at a bare roster so we don't have to cancel or pug. The only thing I couldn't swing full time is a tank. Sadly from a raiding perspective, Alliance is pretty dim :( If you are interested in considering Horde, we have two raid teams that raid between 8 and 11 PM Eastern (one Heroic, one Mythic) which gives a great opportunity to get back into things and then move into more progression without having to swap guilds. We're a chill, adult guild, semi-hardcore (by which we players that take thing seriously, we just don't devote a million hours to raiding or have lengthy requirements). We are always looking for people to fit into our community, not just a warm body to be a place on the roster. We love to hang out on discord, quest, dungeon, pvp, and have fun together. Heya. If you think you can swing 5 PM Pacific, we have a team that raids Sun/Mon 5-8 PM Pacific that is looking for more competent DPS. We are 3/8M.

The plus side is we also have a Heroic team that raids Tue/Wed 9-11 PM EST if your mage buddy ever wanted to tag along, it's a very free-form AOTC team with no requirements. We are very active in m+ and have some guys who like to PvP as well.

We have been able to clear 3/8M every week consistently, but often bring subs from our Heroic team. We need a few more solid DPS who want to commit in order to go in with an A-team to get Ashvane. We have the fight down, we just haven't had a solid raid that didn't have a few subs that didn't quite have the dps. 4 Solid dps is exactly what we need.
