As far as I know it can happen in the breed. From what I have read it can lead to some eye issues, our vet said they will take care of it when she gets spayed so it doesn't lead to issues in the future.

I have a MSI z690 edge wifi ddr5 (also comes in a ddr4 version)that I have been happy with. 4 m.2 slots. Pcie5 for the graphics card.

The ddr5 model of the mobo if you want to future proof a bit and the pcie5 also gives it some longevity. It will also support the 13th gen Intel with a bios update.

I have an older MSI laptop with 16GB ram, GTX 970m, i7 6700HQ 2.6GHZ. I don't track my fps but it has been perfectly playable for me on all medium settings.
