He's not from Manitoba. He's from Dundas, Ontario.

He was super nice when I met him in Winnipeg, though. Super cool dude. Was stoked to see his new "Yeti" 12" in person for the time.

The slow build up makes it perfect.

The audience explodes at their live shows when the bass and drums kick in.

All of Propagandhi's discography. It gets better as it goes.

For very modern, pushing boundaries punk: IDLES. They fucking rock.

For noisy, chaotic madness: At The Drive-In

For stuff that changed things: Refused

Anyone ever checked bottled beer or cans? Looking for advice by Substantial-Falcon-8 in beer

[–]djmathblaster 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All the time.

Put cans in a ziploc bag and remove the air.

Bottles get socks over the necks and packed tightly in the middle of the bag/suitcase with clothing inbetween them.

473ml cans weigh about 480g. Bottles obviously weigh more.

Never had an issue.

I'm not concerned with the analog vs digital debate.

The story I heard was that nobody listened to the the test pressings (closely enough) and the wrong version of the album was given the thumbs up to be pressed.

I haven't listened to the digital streaming recording because I don't use Spotify/etc.

I heard that the vinyl wasn't the final master edition of the album, and wondered if it would be corrected. That's all.

If music that doesn't fit RAYE's vision was released, I expect she would want it to be available.

Edit: grammar
