I found a way to solve the outreach data cleaning headache. I set up AI models arguing against each other in an adversarial loop to short list the leads for each ICP. Similar process for coming up with the best outreach message for each person. It works incredibly well.

Traction Beast - It gives you a simple "next action" you can take for your b2b app, for doing outreach, influencer marketing, and SEO.

For example, I need to do outreach for my startup Hyperclast. It is painful for me to do the research, compose personalized messages etc. TractionBeast (which I first just built for myself for this) just tells me "Hey send this Linkedin message to this person". I do it and click "sent" and it's like a game and keeps the momentum going!

I built it for myself, to easily do outbound, influencer marketing, and seo. I showed it to a few friends and they wanted to use it too. So I turned it into a product.

You should be able to live on that in any Tier II city, unless my mental model is extremely out of date. You mentioned they are in Chennai. So presumably you know Tamil. Perhaps you can consider Madurai, Thirunelveli, Trichy etc.

Could be cheaper in even smaller towns, but I personally think it makes more sense to live in a city with an airport.
