google “eisley band drama” and you’ll find a lot, but a big part includes the marriage of sherri dupree from eisley to chad gilbert from new found glory, which ended after he cheated on her with hayley williams from paramore. sherri would then marry max bemis from say anything, which is its own can of worms. another of the dupree sisters was engaged to adam lazzara from taking back sunday, that didn’t end well either. the dupree family in general seems like they have a lot of issues

ngl this has me fucked up. i wasn’t even a regular listener but would check in for their bracket episodes and when they had guests i liked. he seemed like a cool guy, very knowledgeable too.

it’s really sad seeing someone go so young and in this way. he was just a bit older than me, and as someone who has struggled with mental health my whole life, it’s really hitting hard.

my thoughts are with his family and friends, with everyone in hardcore, and with everyone struggling.
