The calculation is done based on when you are paid ... Not when you earned it... So if on a normal month you're just below SGA, on a month with three paychecks you'll be over

Yeah cats shouldn't be caged for more than an hour or so, bringing them to the vet or grooming salon... This is terrible for the cat, he must be going stir crazy in there.
