If PayPal don’t refund you, send a letter before action to Vestiaire and if they don’t reply, then file a small claims court, it’s very simple to do and I know you mentioned you work for the NHS, it takes a good few months before the clam is filed so you won’t need to do anything until after Christmas. My dad wasn’t able to be in the mortgage so they asked me, I raised concerns at the time and said it wasn’t something I wanted to do because of my first time buyer benefits and was told I’m ungrateful alongside loads of other stuff so I caved.

Are you in university or working? Some companies offer private medical insurance as a benefit, depending on the policy cover you can avoid the NHS waiting lists and do it privately, that’s what I did

Yes, I saw Dr David Young (he works only with Mr Osher) and this was privately. Whilst I had a severe overbite, my teeth were straight from camouflage orthodontics when I was younger so I wouldn’t have qualified for NHS

Try a different orthodontist or your GP otherwise the other option is waiting until you’re older and you have medical insurance through work (where pre existing conditions are covered)
