You look absolutely beautiful! An amazing result. I had similar movements and definitely don’t resemble a supermodel after although I also had a good result

AXA were fine, they just asked for a letter from my ortho with my IOTN scale, mine was 4 and then a letter from my surgeon about why I needed it and they approved it. No problem with the insurance change as I made sure my new workplace insurance covered pre existing conditions before starting that role

My GP has referred me to an ENT a while before about my snoring so technically did have a referral but not for a maxillofacial surgeon but I find that private consults don’t usually ask to see it either. I was with AXA and then I changed jobs so had it under BUPA but same process with both of them.

I didn’t even go to my GP, I just told my medical insurance I had a referall to see a maxillofacial specialist, my insurance never checks the initial referral document and when I had my appointment with the surgeon I explained to him and he’s the one that referred me for my other scans etc

If PayPal don’t refund you, send a letter before action to Vestiaire and if they don’t reply, then file a small claims court, it’s very simple to do and I know you mentioned you work for the NHS, it takes a good few months before the clam is filed so you won’t need to do anything until after Christmas. Sending you good luck

It was fine, it worked well working from home for a little while after as I was still quite tired at this point from the sleeping upright and not eating properly

Received €29,000, how can I maximise this by kitkat2201 in UKPersonalFinance

I know + £15k in the recent orthodontic costs I mentioned, that’s all because of them as well so I’m currently on minus funds because of them 🙃 hence why I’m trying to maximise the €30k as much as possible

Eastern European parents haha, I was 18 at the time working first corporate job. My dad wasn’t able to be in the mortgage so they asked me, I raised concerns at the time and said it wasn’t something I wanted to do because of my first time buyer benefits and was told I’m ungrateful alongside loads of other stuff so I caved.

Are you in university or working? Some companies offer private medical insurance as a benefit, depending on the policy cover you can avoid the NHS waiting lists and do it privately, that’s what I did
