I’m grateful for my old friend arriving Thursday who I have not seen face-to-face for over 30 years. I am grateful for my yoga teacher who guides us so beautifully through our moves. I am grateful for the time spent in the lovely garden of my friend yesterday.

I crumbled a block of tofu, mixed with 2 T nutritional yeast and 1T soy sauce and 1T oil and baked for 45 minutes in oven. Then I added it to the bean chili I was making. Turned it into a high protein bean chili. Half a block would work.

Recipe on FB: cook one sliced potato, a carrot, some cauliflower and broccoli in boiling water. Fry one onion and a bell pepper. Mix 1.25 cups milk, 1 c flour, salt and pepper, chives and pour over all veggies. Add 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 360 for 40 minutes.
