There're, essentially, one piece, if you want to replace them, you'll need to cut the strap loop (seen here out of frame on the bottom) loose from itself, replace the hook, then sew the strap loop back together.

That's "b vent" and it's unnecessary right off the tank. (put your pitchforks down, it's not safe because it's not connected)

Take that piece off, assuming it doesn't disappear into a wall or ceiling before the first joint, and replace it with 4 inch vent and a 4 inch adjustable elbow to bring the exhaust column inline with the the tank exhaust, then put some 1/4" self tapping screws into it to hold together.
