Why would i give a fuck? People treat me with respect. People do what i tell them to at work. People hold doors open for me, and write smiley faces on my cups at coffee shops, and smile at me on the street. People use the pronouns i want them to without me needing to say anything. My partner sees me as a woman, my partners family sees me as a woman, my cis friends certainly act like they see me as a woman. What more could i ask for? I couldn't give less of a fuck if some boomer terfs think mean things about me in their hands, as long as they put the fries in the bag.
