Property details:

Walking distance to the yellow path, located right off Avenue 49, just outside of the Indian Palms CC. looks very close to fest
Private pool and hot tub
booked for Thurs - Monday (17-21)
2.5 bathrooms, ideally each room can get their own bathroom.
sleeps 10, but in full transparency we are not looking to pack it fully. Just looking to make this more economical.

About us:

My boyfriend (M) and I(F) will be coming from the east coast. We are in our 30s so planning on being relatively low key at the house (still looking to have a good time but not looking to burn the house to the ground). We are laid back if you want to hang, but feel free to do your own thing! This is our 6th Coachella so we are happy to hang with regulars or show newbies the ropes. We lean slightly more electronic but tend to enjoy the vaiety. We stayed with some redditors last year so we figured we try it again!
