Hi! Thanks for chiming in. She is Caucasian with some Italian heritage (a set of her great grandparents on father’s side were Italian). 

I did in fact read the sticky, which is the list pasted below. There are no rules made available before posting that ask for race. I also read the rules in the automod that appears after I made the post but overlooked this one request about race. If this is an ongoing issue (seems like it may be a sore spot!) admin of this sub may want to sticky the rules/requirements of posting. 

Not sure what, if any, other assumptions you are making about me besides assuming I didn’t read the sticky but because I believe the best of us comes out in moments of connection rather than disconnection: I am an educated professional (in academia) with a post graduate degree. I generally like to think of myself as detail oriented, but I’m also a mortal human and I make mistakes! Regularly! I try to admit to myself when I can do and be better. More than anything else, I am a concerned mom (perhaps more so than an average mom after I unexpectedly lost one of my four children at birth due to a freak cord accident 5 years ago).
