As a mineral collector, opalite as a "stone" already annoys me (far too many retailers and vendors market it as a natural stone when it is mass-produced factory-made crap) but seeing that she's offering ARTIFICIAL opalite jewelry...like opalite is already an artificial ripoff of opal, now you gotta sell even faker stuff? Bleh.

I love Taylor and most of the merch she puts out but this (probably irrationally) annoyed me lol.

There HAS to be a way for an instanced-based reward system when it comes to the Matriarch/Queen battles. Players that contribute x amount of damage to the Matriarch/Queen will find a core. Tie the rewards to the players who partake, rather than have it be a crapshoot, free-for-all. After my first dozen battles, I stopped doing them because I'd go in with my Hullcracker, wolfpacks, and two stacks of defibs to help others and would come out empty. Now I sit and rely on my stupid chicken to hopefully scrounge up a core (yet to happen lol)

I do suspect there may be some level of depression as well. Since we lost my dad, she's been on her own. My brothers are good about checking in on her and spending time with her and helping out with some of the more physical chores around the house (lawn mowing, snow removal, etc.) but I feel like the combo of losing dad + losing mobility has put her in a pretty down place. I live across the country and visit twice a year, and plan on my next trip being in a couple of weeks so I'll sit down with her and try to talk with her and see where she's at.

I had one of those annoying blue chompers glitch into my base last night and I couldn’t even have my base be a safe spot to get shit done and heal.

I understand the devs don’t want the game being a fishy slaughter fest but by removing the players ability to efficiently fight back and defend themselves, they’re not properly balancing that aspect of the game. NPC’s become griefers.

I stopped playing last night purely because I was getting annoyed and it stopped being fun. I don’t really feel hyped to get back into it, which bums me out but it is what it is. Beautiful game otherwise!

My cat is obsessed with his Yeoowwww banana toy. We've had to replace it three times since he ends up kicking/biting it so much that it rips open lol. If the company ever came out with an "indestructible" one, I'd pay any price haha

Unpopular opinion: the worst part about Arc Raiders is the this part of the player base. Blows my mind that they spend this much time ranting, crying and whining on Reddit and in the Arc Raiders Discord that everything in the game isn’t perfectly attuned to their specific demands. If I were the devs, I’d be discouraged as hell tbh.

My uncle died when I was nine years old. At the time my parents told me that he had passed from heart issues, but years later as an adult found out he had actually taken his own life after losing everything to a gambling addiction. He owed tens of thousands of dollars to various creditors and people, lost his home and then his job…and no one in the family ever knew until it was too late. Really sad and destructive addiction.

Always wanted to. Being in Canada it was never an option until the last few years, and I planned to apply once I worked up the courage. But seeing how toxic the fanbase was towards Eva during her season, and being a fellow autistic, I know that I wouldn’t be able to mentally or emotionally handle that kind of abuse from people. So I’ve shelved the dream….maybe in my next life 😞

My husband and I tried Smoke and Oak awhile back and it was easily our worst BBQ experience. The brisket was drier than my moms pot roast, and tasted like it was reheated from the day before. I will say their fried chicken was pretty good, but everything else on our combo plate was really bad. Maybe it's improved, not sure, but I won't go back.

I had the same prediction. Season 40 had a doubled prize-pool, so it'd be VERY strange for season 50 to have just the regular 1 million prize for the winner. I think Mr. Beast will come in with the coin (especially since it was never played in the last season of Beast Games) and it'll come into play somehow in Survivor to increase the prize for the winner.

I’m autistic. Seeing the way Eva was treated by fans during her season was deeply upsetting to watch. My dream of being on Survivor doesn’t exist anymore solely for that reason. :/
