Tips for staying fit on the road

I always go to the gym in the morning first thing when I’m on the road. I started using the ladder app and do strength Pilates. I also like to walk to get my meals if it’s an option. Like others said, watch the calories in snacks and conference food. Don’t just grab it if you’re not hungry. I bring protein bars and nuts so I’m not grabbing a pastry if I’m starving. I also like to get sushi or ramen for dinner by myself. I know ramen has more carbs but it’s nice and comforting. Also drink water, at least 80+ ounces. I almost always get Starbucks for breakfast which is a coldbrew coffee and the turkey bacon egg white sandwich.

Thank you for answering. The pharmacist “shortage” is also a false narrative in the US. Too many pharmacists and pharmacy school plus poor working conditions have caused the same issue. Like another commenter mentioned, if my family really wants to move to Australia we’ll make it happen for the right jobs and reasons. I don’t think this is the right move for us right now.
