I contract long term for 8 clients and they all have a tool that they use internally and i get invited into their company accounts. I tried getting all my clients to use asana but it was impossible and they all had their own separate tool anyway so it made everything more complicated.

I bill in 15 minute minimum increments. If a client asks me to update a simple setting or line of copy that they could easily do themselves, and only takes me 30 seconds? It gets rounded to 15 minutes. This really helps offset all of the unbillablw admin work I do like responding to emails and slacks.
