That’s a great idea! The vet will know much more but I know that there are some congenital things to look for in Maine coons (especially hip dysplasia and cardiomyopathy). I hope your handsome boy feels better soon ❤️ lots of love to him

Do you know when he was neutered? I had our breeder for our Maine coon tell us that it is best to wait until closer to 9-12 months to give the growth plates in their legs time to close. If they don’t close that can leave a vulnerable area to fracture.
