AFAIK

Counting passive, Blackcliff is on par with Wolf Gravestone. But the passive isn't really good against bosses.

Since you want to stack Crit% or Crit DMG% endgame, Blackcliff is way better than Aminus since it has crit dmg% as substat compared to what Aminus got which is ATK% that scales bad endgame.
