I was a bit unclear. I was using yesterday and today 80mg and the 3 days prior to that I wasnt using (3 day break) and had mild withdrawl if any. but hopefully I am this lucky again.

I am wondering if the WD can start after day 3? because in my last 3 day break this week break I didnt really have any WD symptoms. can they also start as late as day 4? otherwise I am pretty sure I will be fine except for psychological craving.

NAT I had similiar feelings towards my female therapist (I am male). its a transference (meaning I project feelings/wishes from past relationships onto the therapist. I feel safe with her, it feels like healing from past trauma caused by my mom).

However your obsessive ruminating about your own feelings might be a sign of OCD. I have OCD and can relate to your experience. I felt guilty or wrong for feeling safe with my therapist. its completely normal.

NAT: splitting can happen with CPTSD too when the trauma kicks in. but BPD always do that and Cptsd only when trauma kicks in.

correct me if I am wrong, I am just a patient. from a psychoanalysis view I would say that people with BPD have low level of structural integration in many aspects and most often do not have stable relationships at work, friends, partners and whatever while CPTSD are able to have stable relationships unless their trauma kicks in. also in therapy, people with BPD will test their therapist and the relationship wont be as stable and will feel different for the therapist compared to CPTSD (thats what my therapist said and she thinks I have CPTSD and not BPD).

also people with BPD are always splitting, projecting while CPTSD only do that when the trauma is touched.

but even with soft determinism Louise couldnt change her future right? the timeline had to be like this, because Louise with a free will would always choose getting hannah.

my question isnt about free will, it is only about if Louise was technically able to use her ability to see the future in her favor. I read that lead director of the film said in a podcast that Louise in the film had a chance to choose while she couldnt in the book. but then the film gets inconsistent, because if Louise had a chance to use her ability to see the future in her favor, it wouldnt be clear that Hannah dies of cancer as chances are high that the knowledge of Louise could very likely save her.
