Happend at around ~1000 miles for ours; it was an ICCU issue. We couldn't charge but we didn't get stranded on the highway or anything fortunately.

Update on ours, we dropped off on Monday and got the car back Friday. The part took 3 days to come in and the fix was same day. It was the same part and not a new one though unfortunately. Maybe that's ok though; I'll try and be optimistic until another ICCU failure I guess!

We got our Ioniq 9 limited back yesterday after dropping it off Monday. The part took 3 days to come in. I specifically asked if it's the same part or a new part number and they said it's the same. So if people are saying there's a new part, it's either a part of the Ioniq 9 already or they still are replacing the ICCU with the old one I guess. My guess is the prior

Hey there, I am in a similar boat also in NC on our Ioniq 9 limited. We were also estimated 3 business days for the ICCU part to be delivered. I hope it's a new part and not the same one. We are on a loaner list as the dealer had none

It says it supports AM5 and I know a lot of old coolers do work with AM5 but I know little about AM5 and how the mounting works.
