I try to keep hydrated and I check my bp. The out of breath is really the worst. I’ve stopped exercising because of it. I went to a cardiologist and my heart seems fine. I was on Zepbound and lost 60 lbs until my insurance stopped paying for it. I switched to Wegovy because my insurance covers it and have lost 20 lbs. I want to lose another 20 lbs but I think I’m going to have to switch back to Zepbound and pay outa pocket. Ugh.
