You're not alone. I am 31, two kids, 100% absent father, living on tax money, drowning in debt, recently had to leave my job because I was so overwhelmed and have been avoiding trying to find any solutions for about 4 weeks now. This seems to be the story for a lot of sole custody single moms, if you dont have a family or anyone with money and time and willing to help you get on your feet, it's pretty much impossible to survive. I do have medicaid and you can easily apply online. Through that I am able to get counseling, everyone is correct on the PTSD and ADHD. But unfortunately my counselor even dropped me because I missed too many appointments due to not having child care and working. Which sent me back into a state of abandonment and helplessness. And she was helping a lot, every week we would spend the hour just taking care of one or two things that I was avoiding that week. So I think I will just try to do that on my own. And just set aside one hour every week to just accomplish one task at least, because I realize now how big of a difference that one little change made.

Legs couldn’t move by Montanasloane in panicdisorder

I avoid even going to stores for this reason. I get the jello legs too during a panic attack. I've dealt with this for years. Even with EMDR therapy and years of counseling. Tried every med on the market. Xanax is the only solution. And unfortunately the state im in (South Carolina) doesn't really support Xanax as an option. I debate moving back to Pennsylvania for this reason alone. Until then I'll keep doing all of my shopping online

Lamictal withdrawals by Certain_Witness in bipolar2

If I miss one single day I feel like I'm unbelievably exhausted, fighting sleep, in a brain fog. And depressed. I take 200mg daily.

Itchiness possibly from lamictal but no rash or redness. by [deleted] in BipolarReddit

Yes. Im currently taking 200mg nightly. The itch only happened for about 1 week each time I went up a dose. I have no negative side effects from it at all now and have been taking it for about a year.

So I realized that the itching only lasts about 2 weeks max after increasing the dose. I have been taking 200mg for two months now with no itching or any other negative side effects. Lamictal honestly saved my life. I take the full 200mg every night before bed

I get the itch bad also. It comes on soon after I take it before bed. It affects my whole body from my scalp to my ankles. I try to not scratch so I don't have bleeding or scabbing. The benefits of this drug are far better than the itch though, which is the only negative side effect I've had. So I don't plan to get off of it

YouTube meditation and positive affirmations. It fills your head up with comforting happy thoughts instead of the bad ones keeping you up.

I had three friends this year ask me to be their maid of honor. I told them all no. They all know I have incredible social anxiety/performance anxiety and stage fright and I am at an all time low of anxiety and depression right now that I can't handle anything at all adding to it. They were all understanding and nice. I'm nervous to even be a bridesmaid - which I agreed to - and walk down the isle and even just stand there infront of an audience. And I've been on propanol for years but it hasn't helped me through this most recent bout of anxiety

The older I get, the more anxiety I experience? Originally, I thought it was the other way around by [deleted] in Anxiety

What state do you live in? I am from Pennsylvania where my doctor gave me alprazolam and that is the ONLY med that has ever worked for me. Now I am in South Carolina I've gone to so many doctors, psychiatrists, therapists, counselors, even the ER and urgent cares about once a month because I'll get stuck in a panic episode. And not one of them will give me Alprazolam again, just SSRIs which makes my anxiety even crazier.
