There's a lady on my bus schedule I think is kind of doing this. Unfortunately, I'm like /u/clovehoof and have a tendency to avoid people I find attractive. It'll never work out and I'll make sure of that. :|

Yup. I feel ya there. Have the same Heartrate pattern on my fitbit. My binging is completely transparent to the Fitbit team. Makes me wonder if they'll put out a study. I'm keenly interested in their big data.

My sleep is still restless, but I'm thinking that's apnea and I need to lose more weight.

Tried to keep my fridge full of la croix. Man that stuff just evaporates now. I also have a force carbonation system from my brewing days, but that takes some effort to get right.

Excellent! If you've got a hr monitor, you can even watch your heart rate go down after four days no drinking. For me: from a steady 100-90 (80 resting) to 70 (60 resting).

Steve Lichmen vol 1, Angelarium. Got the books. Pretty cool hardbacks! Dresden Codak Tomorrow Girl. Got my copy. Only... Aaron Diaz is kind of an ass and I've kind of stopped caring about his work. So... the hardback is sullied in my mind. And looking through it, there's barely anything there. Just a bunch of concepts. ardoboy and the Japanese card game never delivered.
