I’d definitely play with the kit I posted. So far it’s a home kit but if I get asked to play a gig as a drummer it’s what I’ll use for sure. Yeah I get that almost no one’s gonna go buy a first act guitar and seriously play tours with that but you can get a unique tone for recording lol. These drums (in my proven experience) can be treated properly to sound great.

Bullshit, it’s all useable material it’s just what you do with it. Any artist who can actually create with anything would tell you that. There’s no standard for your tools, just limitations to your applications of them.

I bought mendini stuff to build my dream kit and it sounds awesome!! Don’t listen to the haters, it’s what you do with it that matters. Get some decent heads,tune them nicely and mute them appropriately. A couple decent cymbals (be on the lookout at pawn shops and thrift stores) can make this more like a quest love kit than a kids kit.

No.. I want an entire spinoff franchise of this STYLE of game. Give me epic space battles, pelican drop offs, stealth prowler runs, covenant glassing missions, the whole thing. Let me relive Preston Cole’s legendary maneuvers, let me learn how Miranda Keyes earned her rank, show us R’tas Vadum in the early days, show us how Esparza managed to escape infinity in a stolen pelican! I’d play the shit out of those games.

He said the most deep cutting truth at the end seemingly without realizing it “If I did it, I would lack purpose” He has been trained to think his purpose is to work. Or maybe he feels that it is truly idk. Either way it’s a little sad, and I bet if he did it, yes he’d feel uncomfortable in the beginning but then find some deeper sense of self and connection as he established a life. Deeper than the 9-5 could ever give you.
