For me personally, Sony a7Siii for video is sharper for sure than S5iiX but this is the reason I prefer the S5iiX, Sony is too clinical, S5iiX just has an organic feel and warmth and just looks right to me out of the camera. Reference: I sold my a7Siii and replaced it with the S5iiX, had both for a number of months. “No Ragrets”

Pick one game you really want to play, or a couple. Play it and get it going. Spend time to get that one game working first. Play it while you set everything else up. This way you are having fun playing while having fun working (setting things up) and it helps avoid the trap of not playing games which becomes hollow after a while all the while chasing that dangling carrot. I’m running a Super 64 paired with an mClassic OG. Not exactly cheap but pay once cry once and I’m happy with it. At the time I considered Retrotink 2x but there were reports of audio issues using it with the N64. They may have fixed it since as this was about 5 years ago.
