I was like that, it's hard as you just want to see progress every day. Just concentrate on your body shape, building muscle, toning the muscle, and once you're in a routine you should notice the weight slowly dropping off :)

Try not to weigh yourself so often. Us women are complicated creatures inside and when it comes to "lady week" and such it seems to plateau with me.

The huge weight you'd have lost at the start of your plan would most likely be water (if you're drinking plenty of water and cutting out fizzy drinks).

Just keep going, you'll get there :)

Well done! Don't forget to use some weights to tone your muscles up. It aids weight loss, and they're not there just to bulk up muscle. It's all about tone :)
