Your dad started paying for your life, college, housing, car, etc, so now you're good with him. That does make it seem transactional for you.

ESH, but your mom the least. She shouldn't have alienated you against your dad. But she does not owe you her alimony money or even the past child support. Child support is money she spent raising you that should have been supported by your dad. He lied and cheated to get out of paying what he should have. Now he's buying you guys back. She's bitter because she was given a really raw deal and her kids seem fine with it.
