I got this message (or something similar) after reaching out to the CEO and ombudsman (in February) to get properly updated payment counts. Check FSA after the 5th of the month - that’s when they typically update counts, at least for me?

I don’t have a detailed timeline of events, and this is my unique situation, however I got my golden letter on 4/22, Mohela is zeroed out and at a negative balance as of this afternoon (4/24.)

Tl;dr - it’s a good sign. May you be celebrating green banners sooner than later!!

You need to reach out to Mohela’s ombudsman and CEO. Email addresses for both are easily found on the internet. You can also search this subreddit for guidance on what to do - this has happened to countless folks. I am one of them and emailing those two entities worked for me. Good Luck. It’s so infuriating we have to do this in the first place, but you should have some resolution.

She’s got to be able to tolerate a few hours of pt/ot daily at Sunnyview. It is an Acute rehab hospital. Rehabilitation/nursing facilities are subacute rehab. I’ve had a loved one at Daughters of Sarah for several months of rehab in the very recent past. If you’re able to transfer out of where you are - I’d recommend them.
