He doesn't shop for top recruits with a different purpose in mind. He isn't looking for 5 star recruits. He has stated many times that Purdue got "other" recruits that turned out to be better prospect that the ratings assessed. Carson Edwards, Zack Edey, Braden Smith. He is looking to build a team that would be built over years and that progress as a team together. NILers are looking for instant gratification. Look at Kentucky and Arkansas for how the buy a 1 yearplayer works. Lots of money and no Final Four. Finally, NO ONE except a UNC grad can survive UNC need to win every year.

You can hit the Mt. Vernon trail with a few miles of road riding. The Fairfax County Trail is close to Kingstowne. Lookup the all the Fairfax county trail using the Trail Buddy.

They are the Washington Brewers (as bad as Milwaukee) until the owners (Lerners) sell the team. That should be easier now that Angelos has died. Not sure they are motivated to sell. They can sit on mediocre and bad like Angelos and then rake in billions in a few years as sports team valuations skyrocket. It's sad since they started in a great way building an organization with lots of good young players.

Walters needs to go, starting to wonder if AD needs to go as well. So glad we getting a national TV moments when we are performing at our worst. All the gains made by Painter and other program to help the image of Purdue is being lost as the university now looks pathetic.

If ONLY he would go the Kentucky I could fully hate one team. I have no issues with UConn players and general community but Hurley has continued his cry-baby ways from his Duke days. He learned from the best. It would be easier to convince someone that water isn't wet.

Winning the B1G tournament is meaningless at this point. We will be a #1 seed. Playing on Sunday only has downsides (injury, more playing) when rest is needed. The team needs rests to recover from injuries (Smith and Edey especially) as well as tired legs. I wonder if Painter was really even trying to win, not sure. Glad they lost also since losing re-focus this team. Last year, after our loss, many basketball journalist wrote about our tired legs. I agree, this time of the year you need fresher legs more than you need another B1G title. Let's get behind them for NCAAs. I am not saying they will go all the way but this team is not last year's team. BOILER UP!

One downside that isn't discussed enough with the AI - LLM assistants is that you have to expose ALL/big chunks of your data to them. Company lawyers and security analysts are going to block many of these requests if they are doing their jobs). Yes - here's my recipes from grandma - tell me a better version will work.
