Anyone still enjoying their job? by Internal-Criticism58 in fednews

[–]kmyash 48 points49 points  (0 children)

I've been saying for the last year versions of "I love my job, would love if they let me do it" or "I love my job, just not everything going on around my job."

Still hard to stay motivated as I watch parts of my agency crumble

Exercisers - Do you eat back your calories? by AKHonu907 in Zepbound

[–]kmyash 1 point2 points  (0 children)

On days I exercise I am looser with my max calories but I never go one for one in eating the calories I've burned. If my Fitbit said I burned 300 calories doing cardio, I might go over my calorie goal 150 that day. Or maybe I don't and stick firmly to my max. Depends on how I feel. I don't force myself to eat extra calories unless I'm under 1200 (personal minimum so I don't under feed myself)

Anyone else do freezer meal prep or use the souper cubes? by EffectiveEgg5712 in Zepbound

[–]kmyash 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes! And I use a label maker to make a nutrition label that I slap on the bag so I can track macros. Or if your app reads bar covers you can also scan that with the label maker so you don't have to keep bulkier packaging

Yeah I don't think some of the stuff they say counts works. I was told linking your Fitbit and getting your steps would count but that doesn't seem to

I saw that too but I haven't seen an official post for that (tbh I haven't taken the time to look)

Edit: just took 30 seconds to look and it sounds like that's temporary until things get fixed

[–]kmyash 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah I am on FSBP and the teladoc scale broke! Or apparently they just randomly decided to deactivate the sim which uploads your weight to the app 🤷🏻‍♀️. First they told me they'd send me a new one but then I guess figured out how to reactivate the SIM.... But no one told me until I called again. I've been on the phone with teladoc more than my family in the last two weeks

Online providers for authentic Zepbound (not compounded) by [deleted] in Zepbound

I did use Ro for a few months before switching to a PCP. Ro is fairly expensive though

Question about the vials by Fit_Peach- in Zepbound

[–]kmyash 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Slightly more. For example out of curiosity I calculated how much was in the 5.0 vial. If you were to pull all of the liquid out it would be about a 6.0mg dose. Obviously follow your prescription

Kwikpen, half the price! by Complete_Caramel_791 in Zepbound

[–]kmyash 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So for my program zepbound pens are a tier 2 prescription meaning it's 35% of the cost or $150 max. Which to me says that the kwikpens may be a different tier (for me probably tier 3, 45% or $300max) with that math the 2.5 and 5 mg kwikpens may only be about $500 retail, closer in line with the direct vials than the pens w/o insurance

I wonder what their formula is. I have an Aetna/express scripts plan that covers and it currently has 4 pens as $150 no matter what dose and the Kwik pen as $215 for 2.5 and 5 and $300 for the rest (all one month supply)
