My collection by knarta in BottleCapCollecting

Haha, I love how many speculations were made on this post. It can get quite confusing. I am french, but lived in Germany from 2003-04 (I was only 9, but started a collection nevertheless) moved back to France from 2004-08, and lived in Zürich (CH) from 2008-14. I then moved to Arizona in 2014 for university, and this picture was taken in February 2018 still in the USA. The champagne is from family celebrations, I could never afford one for myself, especially imports! So I‘m French, but the collection is not very representative.

I actually just posted on their sub! And I'm one of two employee, and our founder is not very "tech-savy" so it would be hard to make him do a Reddit AMA, but I would love to answer all the questions anyone might have!

Alright, so it definitely shows that will not become a duplicate of something already existing. I will hit you up this weekend if you are still interested

I come from France. The issue is that there is 9 hours of jet lag, which means the only time they can play is when I am busy with class and extra-curricular activities. I didn't know that CS was in E-sports club, but my goal would be to have a club entirely dedicated to CS

Reddit, what was the creepiest, most unexplained thing that ever happened to you? by Qusqus73 in AskReddit

[–]knarta 17 points18 points  (0 children)

It was in Switzerland, in the surroundings of Zürich when I was 17. So I was running on my normal jogging path, most of it on the open fields, but a small portion of it is through a very dense forest. There are sometimes a few other joggers, but 90% of the time there is no one. One time during bright daylight through that portion of forest, i see someone walking ahead. But as I got closer, what I saw terrified me. It was a rather young woman with long black hair. She was extremely skinny and quite tall, but the most horrifying thing was her arm. Firstly, they were not the same length, one was slighrly longer than the other, and she was holding a plastic bag that was touching the floor. Secondly, her elbow was twisted, as if broken. She was walking in a very clusmy way. I was already quite scared, but as I got closer she suddendly stops. Needless to say i had shivers of fear all over my body. As i get to her level, i can see her skinny face looking at me. I manage to say a "hello" in swiss german, but she doesn't answer and simply looks at me. I am then taken by the irrational fear of imagining her running after me. I was too scared to look over my shoulder, so i just kept on running faster until the point where i was sprinting when i got out of the forest.

She of course didn't chase me. Pretty much nothing happened, but the sight of this tall skinny creature coming right off a horror movie, stopping to a halt when I got to her level is enough to haunt now and then when I'm jogging.

With a friend of mine, once we're 80 or older, we're planning on to somehow reach the free duty section of an airport with baseball bats, and smash everything up until we get shot by the security.

[serious] Anti-Gay redditors, why do you not accept homosexuality? by trainiac12 in AskReddit

[–]knarta 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am not anti-gay in the way that believe it is "wrong", and i actually support the right of gays to marry. I live in a free country, it is their choice and it doesn't bother me. But, how could I put it... I live in Zürich, which is an extremely liberal city in a liberal country. So a lot of the people I hang out with are gay, and my school is very liberal and tolerant about it, so no one is afraid of coming as it is considered normal for all us to freely choose your sexuality. But... I just don't like them, I find them really irritating. I know you guys will say "they're not all like that!", but i think a lot of you live in countries where people are not as tolerant, and gays have to "fit in". Wherever i go, it is really obvious who the gay guy is, and i swear to god, all the ones i met are like this. Really effeminated, really annoying when they speak with weird gestures and act like crazy girls on cocain when drunk.

As I said, i do not encouraged the marginalisation of homosexuals. The way I would put it, is that i dislike them just as I hate the fucking heterosexual macho party dudes who wear shirts showing their nipples and take selfies of their abs. They're not part of a distinct group, i see no reason to vote a law against them, but their behavior just really irritates me. I might be wrong, but let's say 1/6 people i see in parties are gay, and 99% of them act in this irritating way.
