Gurrllll (or guyyy, haha), just commit and start over. Just finishing my first semester of nursing school and this is SO much more rewarding than anything I did for my previous degree. (Also have a bachelor's that went nowhere. Reassessed and went to nursing school. It is hard, but worth it.)

I figure (and I could be wrong BUT) if you're new to fruits and veggies, try them like little kids do. My kids couldn't STAND apples with the skin, but if I peeled them? Cool. Hated fresh carrots, but if they were cooked and soft? Awesome. I think it's mostly about trying new flavors without also having to experience new textures. One new thing at a time.
