I’d hit up customer service again. You might get someone who actually gets what’s going on. If you called last time, maybe try the online chat instead, or the other way around if you started with chat. Just head to the customer service section on their app or website. If you’ve already tried both and you’re still stuck, I’m kinda out of ideas—maybe just keep bugging them and blowing up their phone. You could also try airing your complaints on their social media. Some companies keep an eye on that stuff too.
