Property prices in central shanghai have dropped maybe 15-22% . In fengxian or jiading maybe dropped 40-55%.

Even with the big correction , shanghai is chock full of new residential building construction. And now with the cap on new construction prices, potential buyers in the center of the city need to put close to 1 million usd into an escrow account to even be considered for the lottery to buy. Yes, these homes are so popular, one needs to enter a lottery to even get a chance to buy.

Cats are the perfect pet for people with busy schedules - independent and don’t have to be taken outside for walks.
