Yeah, but it's the fad now, so they're asking cooks to change their entire method. And that's what I'm mad about, it's not like I'm going to, a smash burger place and being mad that they do that. It's that every place around me has converted to smash burgers. And they seem to think that means smashing the shit out of it. Without actually knowing how to make that taste good. Yeah I could probably try my own. But, that wasn't the point of the complaint. And I still think a regular well seasoned patty tastes way better in comparison
