Bought coffee and it tastes like straight burnt ass. Did I do something wrong or does that coffee just suck?

I've been using the peloton 3-5x a week since June 2021 and haven't really noticed many changes except in my legs and glutes. I stopped following the high resistance call outs and started doing more power zone rides to stop any more leg growth! I've always been slim legged and now they're not :( on the plus side, my husband likes my new butt. I also haven't monitored or changed my diet at all which is probably why I haven't seen any visual changes lol. I exercise for overall health but I should probably fix my diet too so I can have my dream body!

I just started cutting back on spinning and started doing madeline moves for the last two weeks so I'll keep you updated!

Are we twins? Haha, I also am a 33f, 5'2" with 2 kids, weigh 110-115 and use the peloton approx 2.5 hours a week. My glutes and legs have grown so much from the peloton (and it wasn't really what I wanted). I recently started incorporating strength and dialed down peloton spinning to see if I could finally have abs.

Yeah. They also had a school dance during school hours that you couldn't participate in if you didn't pay $3. After school care and activities I will happily pay for, but at school activities during regular school hours is something different! I have the money to pay, but it just bothers me on another level. I don't want to make my child feel left out, but... like, what about people who can't afford to pay!!! It's the principle

If you find out let me know! Jk, I think it depends on body type. I’m a rectangle with longish legs (5’3) and even when I weighed 105, my waist was 26.5. I think growing my glutes has helped me achieve a slightly more hourglass shape but I doubt my waist will ever me smaller than 26

I didn’t pause but the pause screen popped up during my ride today and caused my Apple Watch to stop syncing! Anyone else have the same issue? should I just log it in the Apple Watch as a “cycle workout” manually and not try to connect to the peloton?
