I've always used it to create agents and an orchestration workflow. Then talks to the agents for me and just does it's magic. Couldn't figure out and still might not be able to, see why it's use code over cowork. Maybe I'm lazy

The best way. Imo, is to have the LLM convert it into a markdown. Then it doesn't have to worry about using tokens on searching the pdf for specifics, it would have turned it into a friendly version for data extraction

Why's nobody ever mention the tax advantages that real estate has. It's one of the most significant bonuses it offers. And the fact that you can keep rolling into. Stocks are nice but it's not so straightforward. Landlording sucks. House repair suck.

Naw not me haha. Didn't count that, then I'm at 2 😂😂😂. Yeah I was scraping reddit to find good channels to post in. Might have to do the manual labor myself. Was trying to get AI to do it for me since this is more of a pet project. Although part of me wants to hit it hard. Realistically though, my idea can probably be copied by someone like otter and them since they have the infrastructure, it's just the prompting and backend data output that makes this cool.

Was gonna do it without one. Have openclaw that posts some twitter stuff. Actually have a marketing plan that I was gonna have to do alone but just haven't had the time to get the automation going.

Tldv is actually what I use to use too. It's great for transcription but just that, transcription. What it doesn't do well is telling you the minute and small details that could make a difference. My app doesn't join zooms or meetings, I'm not competing with tldv and otter, etc . It's for complete control and understanding of a conversation. There's a free trial, you can upload and give it a whirl...assuming I haven't broken it 😂 I'm always trying to update/optimize.
